Dear Families,

The PTO would like to welcome you to the 2007-2008 school year at St. John Regional School. The PTO’s mission is to build and continually strengthen our community. We do this in a variety of ways, such as hosting family-oriented events, providing meals to the teachers during conference time, monetary gifts to teachers to help with classroom supplies, and holding the uniform sale twice a year.

We are able to provide all these events with the generosity of parent volunteers and through the money we raise from selling our Community Building Cards. Selling these cards is the only “fundraising” we do through the whole year. Purchasing a card allows the PTO to provide the kind of events that build our community and strengthen the partnership between school and family.

The PTO has a new slate of officers this year. We are very excited and look forward to a great year. We hope to meet our new families, welcome back old friends and to blend both into one big St. John’s family.
