Parent-Teacher Organization
Dear Families,
The PTO would like to welcome you to the 2009-2010 school
year at St. John Regional School. The PTO’s mission is to build and continually
strengthen our community. We do this in a variety of ways such as hosting
family oriented events, providing meals to teachers during conference time,
giving monetary gifts to teachers to help with classroom supplies and hosting an
end-of-year staff dinner.
We hold our meetings once a month, except
December, in the school library. In an effort to accommodate varying schedules,
meetings are held on an alternating basis between mornings and evenings. The
dates and times, for all of this year’s meetings, are on the website. We will
also send reminders the week before in the Wednesday envelope.
We
are always looking for new ideas for events that strengthen our wonderful
community here at SJRS. Our meetings are open to all and we welcome your
thoughts and ideas. Please join us!
