Dear Families,

I hope that you are enjoying your summer and finding ways to stay cool!  I would first like to take the opportunity to introduce you to our new PTO board.  I am Veronica Whitten and I will be serving as President.  I have two sons, Trevor in 7th grade and Turner in 5th grade.  Our Vice President is Kellie Martel.  She has twin daughters, Catherine and Stella in 2nd grade.  Sarah Fraser is our Treasurer and she has twin sons, Tommy and Billy in 3rd grade.  Last, but not least, is our Secretary Denise Constant.  Denise has two daughters, Hannah in 3rd grade and Ashley in Pre-K.

The purpose and mission of the PTO is to share a faith experience among each other in a Catholic Christian content.  We provide volunteers for school functions and opportunities for our families, teachers and staff to interact on a social level. 

There are many activities planned for the upcoming school year beginning with a New Parent Coffee on August 25, the first day of school.  It will be at 8:00 am in the PAC (Parish Activity Center) right after drop-off.  All parents are invited to attend but we would like to extend a special invitation to all new families.  This is a great opportunity to meet Room Parents and other families from each grade.

PTO meetings are held once a month and we alternate between morning meetings and evening meetings.  The first meeting will be held on September 16^th at 6:30pm in the school library. We encourage you all to attend and be a part of this great school community.  I would also like to challenge you all to get involved; use your talents, bring your ideas, volunteer your time.

Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us exercise them. Romans 12,6
